2.1 All payments must be made via Mobile Money through supported Ghanaian networks.
2.2 Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
2.3 iGhana is not liable for delays or failures caused by mobile network operators or third-party payment systems.
3. Delivery
3.1 Data bundles are delivered automatically where possible, or manually when system verification is required.
3.2 You will receive confirmation once delivery is successful.
4. Refunds
4.1 Refunds are issued only for failed transactions after verification, in line with our Refund Policy.
4.2 Orders with incorrect phone numbers or network selections are non-refundable. Please confirm all details before payment.
5. Limitation of Liability
iGhana shall not be held liable for:
Delays or service interruptions caused by mobile networks or internet providers.
Errors resulting from incorrect customer input.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and materials on this website are the property of iGhana. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of iGhana constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
